We will aim to dispatch items Monday to Friday. However, depending on where you are in the world, shipping will vary. In the UK, we use Yodel 48hr Delivery or even Express 24hr Delivery and we also offer in-store pickups. Internationally, the delivery varies, however, we offer Free International Delivery over £200!

We have a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in an unused condition.

We always try and make our customers feel like they are wearing exclusive, one-of-a-kind shoes. One of the ways we do this is by selling one-of-a-kind designs in each size and not repeating them. However, due to high demand in office wear, we may often restock popular designs.
